At SHOP ALL, we want you to love every piece you purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached to qualify for a refund.

Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal to ensure faster processing.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
